Ingredients You’ll Need
- chicken – any type of cooked chicken will work in this recipe. You can use rotisserie chicken or any leftover chicken you have in your fridge. My air fryer chicken recipe works great to quickly cook some boneless skinless chicken breasts.
- lettuce – I love sticking with classic romaine lettuce for these Caesar wraps, but you could use any type of leafy greens.
- panko breadcrumbs – these add the BEST crispy texture and are toasted to add even more crunch to every bite!
- roasted red peppers – adds a subtle sweetness, pop of color and so much extra flavor to these wraps.
- avocado – adds some creaminess and healthy fats to these wraps that balances all the textures out.
- Caesar dressing – you’ll love this homemade Caesar dressing made healthier with Greek yogurt, but feel free to use store-bought dressing if you prefer.
- parmesan cheese – freshly-grated parmesan cheese is the perfect way to finish off these wraps, just make sure to use a good quality cheese for the best flavor.
- salt + pepper – needed to season and add flavor to these chicken Caesar wraps.
- tortillas – I used 4 large (10-inch) flour tortillas for this recipe, but feel free to use your wrap of choice or even lettuce leaves for a low-carb option.

How to Make Chicken Caesar Wraps
- Toast the breadcrumbs. Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the panko breadcrumbs and toast for 3-5 minutes, stirring often, until golden and crispy. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Make the Caesar dressing. In a blender or bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, parmesan cheese, salt and black pepper. Blend or whisk until smooth. Add water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.
- Mix the filling. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, romaine lettuce, roasted red peppers, avocado, Caesar dressing, and parmesan cheese. Toss everything together until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Add the crunch. Right before assembling, gently fold in the toasted panko bread crumbs so they stay nice and crispy.
- Assemble the wraps. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them easier to roll. Divide the Caesar mixture evenly between the tortillas. Wrap tightly like a burrito, slice in half, and serve immediately.

Tips for the BEST Chicken Caesar Wraps
- Don’t skip the panko – this is what sets these wraps apart from basic chicken Caesar wraps and adds the perfect crunch with every bite!
- Add breadcrumbs last – this keeps the toasted breadcrumbs from getting soggy and keeps that nice crunch throughout the wrap.
- Use warm tortillas – this prevents the wraps from tearing and makes wrapping everything easier.
- Chop everything evenly – this helps every bite have the perfect balance of flavor and ingredients.
- Don’t overdress the wraps – start with less dressing to really let all the components of this wrap to shine and add more dressing, as needed.

Variations and Substitutions
- Swap the protein – try grilled shrimp, salmon or even crispy chickpeas for a vegetarian option.
- Make them low-carb – use lettuce wraps in place of the tortillas for a lighter, lower carb option.
- Add bacon – this adds a delicious smoky flavor, extra protein and even more crunch to these wraps.
- Switch up the greens – swap out the romaine for heartier, nutrient-dense kale or even a spinach or spring mix.
- Add extra veggies – try adding in extra veggies such as cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, or shredded carrots for a boost of nutrition and added color.
- Flavor variations – toss the chicken in buffalo sauce, add corn, black beans and a squeeze of lime for a southwest-style wrap, or throw in some cucumbers, tomatoes and a light yogurt dressing for a Mediterranean twist.
