Mojitos are probably one of my most favorite cocktails during the summer. I mean c’mon, not only do they taste incredible, they’re so pretty!! So when I saw this recipe I fell in LOVE!!
If ever there were a combination of ingredients I would choose to be in a delicious yummy salsa these would be it. We’ve got watermelon, honeydew, mint, lime, cilantro, red onion….shall I go on?? Yeah I didn’t think so. Serve this with any type of bread or chips of your choice. I love pita chips but actually found some amazing LIME flavored tortilla chips in the organic section, YUM! Here check them out!
I would suggest you call an emergency happy hour, gather your friends and enjoy all this and more immediately!
This salsa looks wonderful and I too LOVE those chips. Looks like a great complement for your salsa. Of course, I’d probably just eat this salsa as a salad, it sounds so wonderful!
Last night the girls got together and my cocktail of choice was a tropical mojito. Could have saved 100s of calories by eating this instead. Haha! Looks so delicious. I’ll need to bookmark this for our next get together. Yummy!
I saw the word mojito and just got sucked in to the recipe. It looks very, very good, especially on these hot days. I’d be tempted to set up a kiddie pool in the den, put out a lawn chair, make the salsa, buy the chips and get myself a drink with an umbrella in it. That’s what your salsa makes me think of.
This fruit salsa is such a fabulous idea! Who needs a mojito? I would drink the juice right from the bottom of the bowl! Ok…I might splash a bit of tequilla in there first! What a pretty dish! : )
I found your blog a few days ago and am so excited to follow you and make some of your fresh, healthy recipes! This one looks right up my alley, love those flavor combinations!
