I love chocolate. I love raspberries. Umm I love all things guilt-free and delicious. Impeccable combination, don’t you think? That’s why I love these little tarts. They’re so simple to put together, the ingredients are relatively cheap and they make the cutest little desserts for your holiday table! Shh I have a secret though. I may have made this recipe even healthier than the original. {GASP!} Yes this was in fact possible. I ended up substituting melted chocolate for one of my favorite snacks…sugar-free Jello pudding!
Brilliant, eh?
Your welcome.
Next time I think I’ll channel my inner Yummy Mummy and roll the raspberries in sugar to make little sparkling tarts. I’m never opposed to adding sugar to recipes 🙂 Yeah that’s my inner fat kid talking.
Place phyllo dough shells on a serving platter. Spoon a tablespoon of chocolate pudding into each shell with a raspberry and some of the almonds on top. Enjoy!

Hope y’all are enjoying what’s left of the holidays! I haven’t even put a dent in my wrapping, but am SO excited that Christmas is just 3 days away! One of the things I’ve loved seeing on other blogs are the cute wish lists that everyone has shared. So I thought I’d share mine as well, here ya go!
Love these! I think they’d also be perfect for a wedding shower, bachelorette, baby shower or any girl party really!!! What girl doesn’t love chocolate and raspberry guilt-free treats?
Chocolate and raspberries make me shimmer, sing, dance. So I am in-tune with this lovely recipe. Fun wish list! I gave up on taking good photos! Sometimes acceptance works better for me. Your photos always entice. Meanwhile, wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas and a joyful holiday weekend.
These are just dangerous! I can pop one in my mouth without anyone seeing so I could eat a ton and no one would notice (apart from the empty plate! Good bye diet hello raspberries!
I love this idea! I was thining of something small to take to work tomorrow and this would be perfect! I can bake the shells in the toaster oven, and put it all together at work and it will be all fresh and pretty! Thanks Kelly!
I love those adorable little treats, Kelly! I would have to make them right before our guests come because I wouldn’t be able to stop myself from eating them! 🙂 Merry Christmas! Hope all your wishes come true!
Super duper adorable treat! I love one-bite desserts. No one needs a whole piece of cake, but one bite of chocolate is good for you! I want that bag too. I have it in brown… Would it be excessive to ask for the Azure also? I say no! 🙂
Yumm! I posted about these on my blog a while back but I think yours win…love the idea of substituting the pudding in for the chocolate! Thanks for sharing 🙂
