Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F for about 3-5 minutes. Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel, this helps it crisp up nicely!
  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Brush evenly over the salmon fillets.
  • Place 2 salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook for 7-9 minutes, depending on the thickness. Repeat with the remaining two fillets. You'll know the salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork. Salmon should read 125-130 degrees F for medium or 140 for well done on a meat thermometer.
  • Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a sprinkle of parsley. Enjoy!
