Peanut Dipping Sauce

The most delicious Peanut Dipping Sauce loaded with flavors like garlic, ginger, lime and honey all easily made in just 5 minutes!  Perfect drizzled over chicken, noodles, salads, wraps and so much more!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice about 1/2 a lime
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
  • 4 to 6 tablespoons water depending on the consistency you want

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients, except for water, until smooth.  Then add the water one tablespoon at a time, mixing well, until you have the consistency you want in this sauce.
  • Use as a dipping sauce for veggies and spring rolls, as a sauce for noodles, as a dressing for salads, and more!
