Easy Raspberrry Vinaigrette

This Easy Raspberry Vinaigrette is a sweet and tangy homemade dressing that comes together in just 5 minutes! Tastes so much better than store-bought dressings!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped shallot
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients for the raspberry vinaigrette in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
  • Taste and season with additional salt and pepper, if needed. Store in a sealed, airtight container for up to a week in the fridge.
