- 1/2 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped shallot
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Cracked black pepper to taste
Combine all the ingredients for the raspberry vinaigrette in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
Taste and season with additional salt and pepper, if needed. Store in a sealed, airtight container for up to a week in the fridge.
