- 1/4 cup avocado oil or olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 jalapeño seeded and chopped
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Season with additional salt and pepper, as needed.
Store dressing in a sealed, airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 to 4 days.
