Greek Salad Dressing

The most delicious homemade Greek Salad Dressing made with simple pantry ingredients perfect over salads, veggies, used as a marinade, pasta salads and more!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl or jar, whisk together all ingredients until smooth and creamy.  Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve.

Notes

*This dressing will last in the fridge for up to 5 days in a sealed airtight container.
