Old-Fashioned Cranberry Sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion and saute for 4 minutes.
  2. Add sugar and the next 4 ingredients (through cranberries) and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, and simmer for 8 minutes or until cranberries pop.
  4. Remove from heat, and stir in orange rind. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy!
