Blueberry Muffin Overnight Oats
 
 
Serves: 1 Serving
Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ Tbsp agave (or honey)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ cup blueberries
Instructions
  1. In a jar or bowl, combine oats, yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, agave, vanilla and cinnamon, mixing well.
  2. Cover tightly with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Top with fresh blueberries (or any fruit of your choice) and enjoy!
