Cinnamon and Honey Spiced Grapefruit
 
 
Recipe adapted from Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Cookbook
Serves: 1 serving
Ingredients
  • ½ grapefruit
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Position oven rack so that it sits four inches below the broiler in your oven and preheat the oven to broil.
  2. Cut one grapefruit in half and places halves in a small baking dish. Drizzle with honey and vanilla extract. Sprinkle spices over top and broil in the oven for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
